Building a business from the ground up is hard work. Most everyone that will encounter this BLOG article on business marketing has been a part of a startup or has played an instrumental role in the development of a new or emerging company. It takes dedication, a will to recognize success even in small failures along the way. It’s why not everyone is a business owner.
Dr. Irene Gladstein who has built a name as oculoplastic surgeon and aesthetic injector in New York and more recently Naples, Florida. Her practice is known as Project Glammers and her dedication to building business along with innovating the latest in aesthetic injectables has propelled her newest venture, Project Glammers LEAP, to train those in the industry to become better, more effective and safer aesthetic providers.
Recently, Dr. Gladstein teamed with Colloredo & Associates to help launch LEAP through a series of courses ranging from neurotoxins to fillers. The course content includes advanced didactic training online as well as in-person, hands-on training in their Naples, Florida offices. This new venture will also allow those trainees to form a buying group to achieve better pricing from some of the most notable industry suppliers.
Launching this new business venture was not easy. As a training provider, Dr. Gladstein and business partners developed strong relationships with industry product innovators and positioned LEAP as a means to train on new products. As the business continues to grow, the hard work of obtaining special training credentialing from these well-known industry providers will help hundreds of aesthetics practices across the country provide more effective and safer treatments. In turn, Dr. Gladstein and team will work hard to mentor these up-and-coming injectors to become better patient advocates, better business managers and better marketers of their craft.
Just like any business, there are challenges along the way and but with hard work, determination and practical skill, this new concept in training will make for a safer, more effective aesthetics industry.
