Recently, Zero Gravity was purchased by two Nurse Practitioners with the goal to offer the absolute best patient experience in all forms of aesthetic treatments. Their challenge to Colloredo & Associates was to help create a brand that would be on the same level as the experience that every patient client receives when they walk through their doors. After breaking down the entire communications matrix, Colloredo built a new logo and branding platform. From there, a host of internal marketing programs designed to help Zero Gravity re-emerge with new owners, new look and a new attitude. External marketing soon followed.
The results were soon felt as the two owners experienced unprecedented growth from within. The new patient experience brought in word-of-mouth clients and the growth was exponential. The COVID shutdown during 2020 was a large hurdle to overcome. Both owners were pressed into service out of state in order to combat the disease on the front lines. Their efforts saved countless lives and helped others see it through the pandemic. Colloredo pushed out a Press Release showcasing their efforts. Media from around the country ran stories on their websites about the two Zero Gravity owners and rightfully so.
We’re proud of the achievements of Zero Gravity since their first days as new owners. We look forward to long-term successes and their new commitment to bringing in other forms of healthcare under the Zero Gravity name.
